BIM 360 Docs – No invitation email received in the Contract Manager’s inbox for the product.

If you don’t see the invitation email in the Contract Manager’s inbox, please follow these steps:

  • Check all folders in the inbox, including the spam folder.
  • Contact support to verify the correctness of the email address.
  • If the address is correct, submit a ticket using the form with the subject: “Bim 360 Docs invitation email is not received.” In the ticket, provide the contract number and the project administrator’s email address.
  • If the invitation email was received, but the users added to the project did not receive project invitation emails, submit a ticket using the form.

In the content, please include the subject: “Project invitation emails are not received after a member is added to the project in BIM 360,” along with the project name and email addresses of the users.
