If you don’t see the invitation email in the Contract Manager’s inbox, please follow these steps:
Check all folders in the inbox, including the spam folder.
Contact support to verify the correctness of the email address.
If the address is correct, submit a ticket using the form with the subject: “Bim 360 Docs invitation email is not received.” In the ticket, provide the contract number and the project administrator’s email address.
If the invitation email was received, but the users added to the project did not receive project invitation emails, submit a ticket using the form.
In the content, please include the subject: “Project invitation emails are not received after a member is added to the project in BIM 360,” along with the project name and email addresses of the users.
